How do I pick-up locally?
We offer local pickup in the greater South Seattle area. Once you place your order, please allow 1-5 business days for processing. Pickup location and time will be arranged individually via email, phone, or text to ensure a smooth handoff. We’ll reach out to coordinate the details after your order is confirmed.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our chi chi dango mochi stay fresh for 3-5 days when stored in an air-tight container at room temperature. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months. To enjoy after freezing, let them thaw at room temperature for the best texture and taste.
How are products shipped?
Since our mochi chi chi dangos are made to order, we carefully prepare and package them before shipping. Once your order is processed, we ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail with tracking, which is our standard shipping option. If you need your order faster, we also offer 1-business-day shipping after processing.

To ensure freshness and safe delivery, all mochi chi chi dangos are vacuum-sealed and carefully packed in a corrugated shipping boxwith protective packing materials. This helps maintain quality and prevents damage during transit, so your order arrives in the best condition possible.
