We offer local pickup in the greater South Seattle area. Once you place your order, please allow 1-5 business days for processing. Our chi chi dango mochi stay fresh for 3-5 days when stored in an air-tight container at room temperature. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months. To enjoy after freezing, let them thaw at room temperature for the best texture and taste.

Since our mochi chi chi dangos are made to order, we carefully prepare and package them before shipping. Once your order is processed, we ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail with tracking, which is our standard shipping option.
